July 2025 INDUCTION: UPDATES

The provisional Gazette of Second Fellowship (Erstwhile Level-IV) is displayed. The Grievances of applicants shall be held on 30-06-2025 (Monday), 09:30 am at UCHS Lahore.

 

Attention Applicants

  • The original conduct certificate for the given specimen must be presented at the time of the interview, clearly stating the statements made in the specimen. Failing, which candidate shall be declared ineligible.

Consultants of Health and Population Department

  • Consultants under administrative control of health and population department must bring NOC at time of interview clearly mentioning that they have fulfilled serving in periphery area as required by the administrative department and they can pursue training.

  • NOC for application purposes shall not serve purpose.

  • Consultants must have fulfilled the periphery requirements
